Prior to packing, every mold is enveloped in a protective plastic film and treated with rustproof paint to safeguard against sea moisture, ensuring impeccable condition upon arrival.
2> For sea-shipped plastic products, we employ a comprehensive three-layer protection system. Firstly, the product is secured in a durable box. Secondly, it is placed on a pallet for added stability. Finally, a protective plastic film with wrap ties is used to ensure the product remains stable and secure throughout the journey.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
We utilize DHL and FedEx for small packages, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping methods, typically spanning 10-40 days based on destination.
