1. Initial Inquiry - We provide a professional quotation tailored to your needs.
2. Confirm the details - price, lead time, artwork, and payment terms.
3. Howe sales will send a Proforma Invoice, complete with the official Howe company seal.
4. The customer proceeds with the deposit payment and sends us the Bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage - Inform clients of payment receipt, produce samples as requested, and send photos or samples for approval. Upon approval, we proceed with production, providing an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - Receive photo updates showcasing the production line, allowing you to view your products. Confirm the estimated delivery time anew.
7. End Production - Mass production photos and samples will be sent for your approval. Optionally, arrange a third-party inspection.
8. Complete the process with the balance payment, and Howe will ship the cargo. We accept balance payment terms via TT, PayPal, or D/P payment methods.
9. The order is considered 'complete' once you receive and are satisfied with the goods.
