Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.

Q: What kind of molds do you make? Plastic injection mold, Compression mold or something else?
A: We are mainly making plastic injection mold and die-casting mold.
Sometimes we also make rubber molds according to our customer's requirements.

Q: Do you build hot runner plastic moulds?
A: Yes. We build hot runner Plastic Moulds and specialized in many different systems, such as DME, Master, Mastip, Hasco, Yudo, Incoe, Husky, etc.
The manifold recommended for your tool is selected to meet your individual needs.

Q: What types of files do you accept (drawings)?
A: With our CAD systems we can accept the following files:STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc.

Q: Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
A: Yes, We can provide steel certificate or hardness certificate to prove.

Q: Can you make the texture/text/heat-treatment/nitriding for the injection mold plastic?
A: Yes, As a plastic mold factory, we have long-term cooperated subsidiary factories that do those processes.
They are professional and well reputed in our local market.

Q: Do you make spare parts for your customer?
A: Yes, we will provide spare parts for the mold if needed or required by clients.

Q: How many injection plastic mouldings machines do you have?
A: We have 40 sets of plastic Injection Mouldings machines.

Q: what are the minimum & maximum unit weight and size your machines can produce?
A: Our machines produce unit parts from 1 gram to 6000 grams of weight.
Our machines can produce the maximum size of unit plastic part: 1.5*1.5*1.5 meters.

Q:How about your part payment terms?
A:Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.

Q:How do you deliver the goods?
A:by Sea or Air freight, Incoterms EXW, FOB, DDP, DDU etc. Or we can work with your appointed shipping forwarder.
