How to order from HOWE?
1. Inquiry - Receive a professional quotation tailored to your requirements.
2. Confirm essential details such as pricing, lead time, artwork, and payment terms.
3. Howe sales will issue a Proforma Invoice, complete with Howe's official company seal.
4. The customer makes a deposit payment and provides a bank receipt for confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage - We notify clients upon payment receipt and proceed with sample creation as per your specifications. Photos or samples will be sent for your approval. Once approved, we commence production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - Receive detailed photographs of the production line, showcasing your products in progress. Confirm the estimated delivery time once more.
7. End Production - Finalized mass production photos and samples will be sent for your approval. You may also opt for a third-party inspection for added assurance.
8. The client settles the balance payment, and Howe ships the cargo. We accept various payment terms, including balance against TT, PayPal, or D/P.
9. The order is deemed "finished" when you receive the goods and express satisfaction with them.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
