3. Our sales team will send a Proforma Invoice, complete with Howe company seal, to formalize the transaction.
4. Secure your order by making a deposit payment and sending the bank receipt to us.
5. Initial Production Stage - We commence production upon payment receipt and create samples tailored to your specifications. Sample photos or actual samples will be provided for your approval. Post-approval, we set production into motion, keeping you informed of timelines.
6. Middle Production - We update you with photos of the production line, offering a visual confirmation of your products in process. Reaffirm estimated delivery timelines.
7. End Production - Finalized mass production photos and samples are sent for your approval. You may also opt for a third-party inspection to ensure satisfaction.
8. Upon receipt of the balance payment, Howe dispatches the cargo. We offer flexible payment terms including TT, Paypal, or D/P for balance settlement.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
