1> For the export of our molds, we meticulously craft sturdy export boxes using reinforced polymerized wood panels to safeguard the molds. Prior to encasing them, each mold is enveloped in a protective plastic film, ensuring resistance against moisture during marine transit, complemented by a rustproof coating within.
2> For plastic products that require sea transport, we employ a comprehensive three-tier protection strategy. Firstly, a robust box provides the foundation, followed by a secure pallet, and finally encased in a durable protective plastic film with wrap ties, guaranteeing stability and security throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specially requested otherwise:
For small packages, we trust the reliable services of DHL and FedEx, ensuring delivery within 3-7 days.
For our larger molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping, with an estimated timeframe of 10-40 days.
For sizeable packages, we rely on UPS, TNT, and Air Lift services, typically spanning 7-11 days for delivery.
Both personal official express accounts and forwarders are welcome and supported.
For economical shipping methods and parcels under 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) are viable options.
