1> For mold exports, we ensure maximum protection by using robust polymerized wood boards to construct a standard export box. Prior to boxing, the molds are enveloped in plastic film, safeguarding them from moisture at sea, while a coat of rustproof paint is applied internally for extra protection.
2> For plastic products that require sea shipping, we employ a trio of protective measures to guarantee their safety. First, they are secured within a strong box, then placed on a pallet, and finally, enveloped in protective plastic film fastened with wrap ties to ensure stability and safety during transit.
3> Unless specified otherwise:
For small packages, we opt for speedy services such as DHL or FedEx, ensuring delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we select cost-efficient sea shipping options, with delivery times ranging from 10-40 days, depending on destination and circumstances.
For big packages, we rely on UPS, TNT, and Air Lift, offering delivery windows of 7-11 days.
Using your personal official express account or a trusted forwarder is perfectly acceptable and welcomed.
For economical shipping methods and packages under 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) are viable options.
