1> For molds destined for export, we meticulously craft robust export boxes using strong polymerized wood boards. This ensures the utmost protection of the molds. Each mold is wrapped in a protective plastic film, safeguarding it from moisture during sea transit, and is treated with rustproof paint inside to prevent corrosion.
2> When shipping plastic products via sea, we deploy a comprehensive three-tier protection system. First, the products are secured in a durable box. Second, the box is positioned on a sturdy pallet. Third, we envelop the entire package with protective plastic film and secure it with wrap ties to guarantee stability and safety throughout the shipping and delivery process.
3> Unless a special request is made:
For small packages, we opt for the reliability of DHL or FedEx, ensuring your package arrives within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we prefer cost-effective sea shipping, with expected delivery times ranging from 10 to 40 days.
