How to order from HOWE?
1. Initiate your journey with a professional inquiry and receive a comprehensive quotation.
2. Confirm pricing, lead time, artwork, and payment terms to move forward with confidence.
3. Receive a Proforma Invoice from Howe, complete with our official company seal.
4. Secure your order by making a deposit payment and sending us the bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage - We'll notify you upon receipt of payment and proceed to craft your samples. Await photos or samples for your approval. Once approved, we commence full production and provide you with an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - Get an inside look at the production line with photos of your products in progress. Confirm the estimated delivery timeframe once more.
7. End Production - Upon completion, mass production photos and samples are sent for your approval. You may also opt for third-party inspection.
8. Upon approval, complete the balance payment, and Howe will ship your cargo. We accommodate various payment terms, including balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P.
9. Your order is deemed 'complete' upon receiving and expressing satisfaction with the goods.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
