2. What are the payment terms for your plastic injection molds?
Mold Payment Terms: 40%-30%-30%. To get started, a 40% upfront payment is required upon signing the order. Following the receipt of your sample product, a subsequent payment of 30% is due. Finally, upon delivery of the completed mold, the remaining balance of 30% is to be settled.

3. Can you outline the payment terms for your plastic parts?
Part Payment Terms: 50%-50%. Initially, 50% of the total value is due at the signing of the order, facilitating the purchase of materials. The remaining 50% is payable upon the delivery of the final part.

4. What is your standard lead time?
Typically, our lead time for most molds ranges from 15 to 45 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) once the deposit is received and mold designs are approved.

5. Which processes do you employ for mold surface treatment?
1) We offer a Mirror Polish for a pristine finish.
