2. What are your payment terms for plastic injection molds?
Our mold payment terms are structured as 40%-30%-30%. Upon signing the order, a 40% deposit is required. Once you receive our sample product, a further 30% payment is due. The final 30% balance is payable upon delivery of the mold.

3. What are your payment terms for plastic parts?
For part payments, the terms are 50%-50%. A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, which is used to procure materials. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the finished parts.

4. What is your lead time?
Lead times for most molds range from 15 to 45 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) post deposit receipt and approval of mold drawings.
