Prior to boxing, each mold is carefully enveloped in plastic film, safeguarding it against moisture during sea transit, with an interior coating of rustproof paint for added assurance.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipping, we employ a meticulous three-tier protection system: the robust box, followed by a pallet, and finally, a protective plastic film secured with wrap ties. This comprehensive strategy ensures product stability and safety throughout the shipping and delivery journey.
3> Unless expressly requested otherwise:
For small packages, we select premium couriers like DHL or FedEx, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping methods, with delivery timelines ranging from 10 to 40 days.

A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
