Prior to boxing, each mold is meticulously wrapped in plastic film to safeguard against moisture during sea transit, complemented by rustproof paint applied inside the molds for additional protection.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipping, we deploy a meticulous three-step process to ensure product integrity. Initially, we utilize a sturdy box, followed by a secure pallet, and finally, protective plastic film with wrap ties are employed to guarantee stability and safety throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless there are specific requests:
For small packages, we rely on the swift services of DHL and FedEx, ensuring delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping, with delivery timelines ranging from 10-40 days.
