1. Inquiry – Receive a comprehensive and professional quotation.
2. Agreement on price, lead time, artwork, payment terms, and other pertinent details.
3. Proforma Invoice issued by Howe sales, complete with the official Howe company seal.
4. Customer processes the deposit payment and sends us a bank receipt for confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage – Inform clients upon receiving payment. We prepare samples as requested and send photos or samples for approval. Following approval, we arrange production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production – Share production line photos so you can view your products in progress. Confirm the estimated delivery time once more.
7. End Production – Send mass production photos and samples for your approval. You may also coordinate a third-party inspection if desired.
8. Balance payment is completed by the client, and Howe ships the goods. We accept payment terms such as Balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P.
9. The order is considered complete once you receive the goods and are satisfied with them.
