1> For mold exports, we ensure the utmost care by using robust polymerized wood boards to craft standard export boxes specifically designed to protect the molds. Prior to placing them in boxes, we meticulously wrap the molds with a protective plastic film, safeguarding them against moisture during sea transit. Additionally, we apply rustproof paint inside the molds for extra assurance.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipping, we employ a comprehensive three-step protection process: First, a sturdy box is used; second, a secure pallet; and third, protective plastic film wrapped with ties ensures the stability and safety of the products throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specially requested otherwise:
We select DHL or Fedex for small packages, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping solutions, with delivery times ranging from 10 to 40 days.
UPS, TNT, and Air Lift services are our choice for larger packages, achieving delivery within 7-11 days.
Both personal official express accounts and forwarder services are accepted and encouraged.
For economical shipping of items under 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) are viable options.

A1: Normally quotation would be submitted within 24 hours after receipt of your inquiry. If it's very urgent, please shoot us an email or give us a call, we will do it as priority.

A2: It depends on products' size and part structure. Our normal lead time is 25-35 days.
Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
Q5: How could I pay them?
