1> For molds export, we employ robust polymerized wood boards to craft standard export boxes, ensuring optimum protection for the molds. Prior to boxing, the molds are meticulously wrapped in plastic film to safeguard against sea moisture, complemented by rustproof paint applied internally for added defense.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipment, we utilize a trio of protective measures. The first is a strong box, followed by a pallet, and lastly, a protective plastic film secured with wrap ties. This multi-layered approach guarantees the stability and safety of products throughout transport.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
For small packages, we opt for swift courier services like DHL and Fedex, ensuring delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we select economical sea freight options, with delivery spans ranging from 10 to 40 days.
For substantial packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift are preferred, offering a delivery window of 7-11 days.
