3. Howe's sales team dispatches the Proforma Invoice, complete with the official Howe company seal.
4. The customer proceeds with the deposit payment and sends us the bank receipt for confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage - We promptly notify clients upon receiving the payment and begin crafting samples as per your specifications. Photos or samples will be sent for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with organizing the production and providing the estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - An inside look at the production line is shared through photos, allowing you to witness the creation of your products. We confirm the estimated delivery time once more.
7. End Production - Photographs and samples of the mass-produced items will be sent for your approval. Additionally, you have the option to arrange for a third-party inspection.
8. The client remits the balance payment, and Howe coordinates the shipping of the cargo. We also accommodate various payment terms, including Balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P payment terms.
9. The order is considered 'complete' once you have received the goods and are satisfied with them.
10. Provide feedback to Howe regarding quality, service, market insights, and suggestions for improvement. This helps us enhance our offerings.
