1. Initial Inquiry - Receive a professional quotation.
2. Confirm essential details including price, lead time, artwork, and payment terms.
3. Howe Sales will issue the Proforma Invoice bearing the Howe company seal.
4. Customer proceeds with the deposit payment and forwards the Bank receipt to us.
5. Initial Production Stage - Notify clients upon payment receipt, start sample production as per request, and send photos or samples for approval. Upon approval, production commences with estimated timelines provided.
6. Middle Production - Regular photo updates of the production line to confirm visibility of your products. Re-confirm estimated delivery timelines.
7. Final Production - Dispatch mass production photos and samples for your approval. Third-party inspections can also be arranged.
8. Client settles the remaining balance, after which Howe dispatches the shipment. We also accommodate balance payment terms via TT, Paypal, or D/P.
