3. Howe sales team sends you a Proforma Invoice complete with Howe company seal.
4. The customer proceeds with the deposit payment and sends us the bank receipt for confirmation.
5. Initial Production Phase - Notify clients of payment receipt and proceed to create samples per your request. Photos or samples are sent for approval. Once approved, we commence production and provide an estimated completion time.
6. Mid-Production - We send photos showcasing the production line so you can see your products in progress. Estimated delivery time is confirmed.
7. End Production - Photos of mass-produced items and samples are sent for final approval. You may also arrange a third-party inspection if desired.
8. The client completes the balance payment, and Howe proceeds with cargo shipment. We also offer payment term flexibility, accepting TT balance, PayPal, or D/P payment terms.
9. The order is considered complete once you receive the goods and are satisfied with them.
