Prior to placement in these boxes, we meticulously wrap the molds with a plastic film, safeguarding them from maritime moisture, while employing rustproof paint within the molds for added security.
2> When it comes to sea shipping of plastic products, employing more than three protective measures ensures optimal safety. Firstly, we use durable boxes, secondly, we secure them on pallets, and thirdly, we envelop them in protective plastic film with wrap ties, guaranteeing stability and security throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
For smaller packages, we opt for express services via DHL or FedEx, offering delivery times between 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we prioritize cost-effective sea shipping methods, with delivery timelines ranging from 10 to 40 days.
For larger packages, we choose UPS, TNT, or Air Lift services, providing delivery within 7-11 days.
