2. What are your plastic injection mould payment terms?
Mold payment terms: 40%-30%-30%. An initial payment of 40% is due upon signing the order. Upon receiving our sample product, a further 30% is required. The final 30% is payable once we deliver the mold to you, ensuring a smooth transaction aligned with each stage of the project.

3. What are your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms: 50%-50%. An upfront payment of 50% is necessary when placing the order, allowing us to procure materials immediately. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the finished part, ensuring clarity and commitment throughout our agreement.

4. What is your lead time?
Typically, our lead time for most moulds ranges from 15 to 45 working days after the deposit is received and the mould drawings are approved, exclusive of Chinese official holidays.

5. What type of processes do you employ on the mould surface?
