1> For mold exports, we meticulously encase our precision-crafted molds in a robust polymerized wooden box, meeting international export standards. Prior to sealing, each mold is carefully wrapped in a protective plastic film to guard against moisture during sea transit. Additionally, a rustproof coating is applied within the molds, safeguarding them on their journey.
2> When it comes to sea shipping of plastic products, we employ a comprehensive three-tier protection system. Initially, products are placed in a durable box. This is followed by secure palletization and finally encased in a protective plastic film secured with wrap ties, ensuring utmost stability and safety throughout the shipping and delivery process.
3> Unless otherwise specified:
For small packages, we opt for the swift and reliable services of DHL or FedEx, offering delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we choose cost-effective sea shipping, which typically takes between 10 to 40 days, providing an economical solution for bulk shipments.
For substantial packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift are our partners of choice, delivering within a 7-11 day window.

Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
