Prior to enclosing them in the box, each mold is carefully wrapped in plastic film to safeguard against sea moisture, complemented by rustproof paint inside the molds for added durability.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipment, we employ a meticulous three-step protection process. First, a sturdy box encases the product; second, a pallet is utilized; third, a protective plastic film with wrap ties is applied to guarantee stability and safety throughout the shipping journey.
3> Unless otherwise specified:
For small packages, we prefer expedited services like DHL or FedEx, delivering within 3-7 days with efficiency and reliability.
For larger molds, we opt for economical sea shipping, ranging from 10 to 40 days, balancing cost and delivery needs.
For substantial packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift provide delivery within 7-11 days, ensuring timely arrival.

Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
