Prior to encasement, each mold is meticulously wrapped in plastic film to shield it from moisture during sea transit, complemented by rustproof paint applied within the molds to enhance durability.
2> For plastic products destined for sea shipping, we employ a detailed multi-layer protection system. This involves using a sturdy box, followed by a pallet, and finally a protective plastic film with wrap ties to ensure that each item remains stable and secure throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
For small packages, we opt for trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we choose the most economical sea shipping methods, with delivery times ranging from 10 to 40 days, offering cost-effective solutions for bulk shipments.
