S/C Signature: Approval for all the items

Advance Pay: 40% by T/T
↓
Product Design Checking: We check the product design. If some position is not perfect, or can not be done on the mould, we will send customer the report

Mold Tooling: We start to make mold after mold design confirmed
↓
Mold Processing: Send report to customer once each week
↓
Mold Testing: Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation.
↓
Pay :30% by T/T on trial samples
↓
 Mold Modification: According to customer's feedback
↓ 
Balance settlement: 30% by T/T after the customer approved the trial sample and mould quality.

Tooling Status Report

Packaging & Shipping

Package and Shipping:

1> For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.

2> For plastic products need to sea shipping,we use more than three assistants to products them.First the strong box,second the pallet ,third the protective plastic film with wrap ties to make sure it stay stable and safe during shipping and delivery.

3> Unless specially asked for:
    We choose DHL, Fedex for small package. (3-7 days)
    We choose cheap shipping way by sea for large mold. (10-40 days)
    UPS, TNT and Air Lift for big package. (7-11 day)
    Personal offical express account and forwarder are all good.
    For cheap shipping way and within 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) are available. 

4> Usually non-custom process goods can be delivered in 3-5 days; custom process goods can be delivered in 7-30 days. Please consult for professional advise.

Q1: When can I get the price?
A1: Normally quotation would be submitted within 24 hours  after receipt of your inquiry. If it's very urgent, please shoot us an email or give us a call, we will do it as priority. 

Q2: How long is the lead time for mold?
A2: It depends on products' size and part structure. Our normal lead time is 25-35 days. 

Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project. 

Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.

Q5: How could I pay them?
A5: T/T, Paypal payment are acceptable. Just let us know which is convenient for you.

Q6: Can I get discounts?
A6: Yes, we give reasonable discounts for large orders, regular customers and frequent customers.

Q7: Which shipment way is available?
