1. Submit an Inquiry and receive a professional quotation from our team.
2. Confirm various details including pricing, lead time, artwork, and payment terms.
3. Our Howe sales team sends the Proforma Invoice, complete with our company seal.
4. Customers remit the deposit and provide a Bank receipt as confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage: Upon payment confirmation, we will create samples based on your specifications. Photos or samples will be sent for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production: We will share photos showcasing the production line, allowing you to observe your products in progress. We will re-confirm the estimated delivery time.
7. End Production: Photos and samples of mass-produced products will be sent for your approval. Third-party inspection can also be arranged.
8. The client makes the final payment, and Howe handles the shipment. We accept payment terms such as balance against TT, PayPal, or D/P.
9. The order is considered "finished" once you have received the goods and are satisfied with them.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.

4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
