Before placing the molds inside, each mold is carefully wrapped in plastic film, safeguarding against moisture during sea transit, with an interior coating of rustproof paint for added security.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipping, we employ a meticulous three-tier protection strategy. Initially, a strong box encases the products, followed by a sturdy pallet, and finally secured with protective plastic film and wrap ties. This comprehensive approach guarantees stability and safety during shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
For small packages, we opt for swift services like DHL and FedEx, ensuring delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we select economical sea shipping methods, with delivery timelines ranging from 10 to 40 days, balancing cost-effectiveness with reliability.
For sizable packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift are our preferred options, offering delivery within 7-11 days.

A2: It depends on products' size and part structure. Our normal lead time is 25-35 days.
Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
