Prior to boxing, the molds are meticulously wrapped in protective plastic film and treated with rustproof paint internally, safeguarding them from moisture during sea transit.
2> For plastic products destined for sea shipping, we employ a comprehensive three-tiered protective approach. Initially, products are encased in a strong box, followed by secure placement on a pallet, and finally enveloped in protective plastic film with wrap ties, guaranteeing stability and safety throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
For small packages, we select DHL or FedEx as our trusted couriers, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For larger molds, we opt for cost-effective sea shipping, with delivery times ranging from 10-40 days.
For sizable packages, we rely on UPS, TNT, and Air Lift services, offering delivery within 7-11 days.
