1> For molds intended for export, we utilize robust polymerized wood boards to craft a standard export box, ensuring ultimate protection for the molds. Prior to placing them in the box, we envelop the molds with plastic film to shield against moisture during sea transport, complemented by a rustproof paint lining within the molds.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipping, we employ a meticulous three-step process to safeguard them. First, a reinforced box, followed by a sturdy pallet, and lastly, a protective plastic film secured with wrap ties, ensuring stability and safety throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless otherwise specified:
For small packages, we opt for reliable carriers like DHL and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days.
For large molds, we select economical sea shipping options, with a delivery window ranging from 10 to 40 days.
For substantial packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift are our preferred choices, delivering within 7-11 days.
Personal official express accounts and forwarders remain excellent options.
For cost-effective shipping methods and packages under 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (up to 30 days) are available.
