Prior to placing them in the box, each mold is wrapped meticulously with plastic film as a safeguard against moisture during maritime transport, and we apply rustproof paint inside the molds for enhanced preservation.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipment, we utilize a multi-layered protection strategy involving more than three measures. Initially, a durable box is used, followed by the addition of a pallet, and finally, protective plastic film alongside wrap ties to guarantee that the products remain secure and stable throughout the shipping and delivery process.
3> Unless specifically requested otherwise:
We opt for swift and reliable carriers like DHL and FedEx for small packages, ensuring delivery within 3 to 7 days.
For large molds, we choose cost-effective shipping by sea, accommodating delivery timelines ranging from 10 to 40 days.
For substantial packages, we rely on UPS, TNT, and Air Lift, which typically deliver within 7 to 11 days.
