1> For exporting our molds, we utilize robust polymerized wood boards to construct a standard export box that provides exceptional protection. Prior to boxing, each mold is carefully wrapped in plastic film to shield it from moisture during sea travel, complemented by rustproof paint within the molds for added security.
2> For plastic products requiring sea shipment, we employ a meticulous three-layered protection system: first, a strong box; second, a pallet; and third, protective plastic film secured with wrap ties. This ensures stability and safety throughout shipping and delivery.
3> Unless otherwise specified:
For small packages, we prefer DHL and FedEx, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we opt for economical sea freight, taking approximately 10-40 days.
For substantial packages, UPS, TNT, and Air Lift services are utilized, with delivery times ranging from 7-11 days.
Both personal official express accounts and forwarders are highly recommended and effective.
For economical shipments under 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) offer reliable options.

Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
