2. Confirm all details including price, lead time, artwork, payment terms, and more.
3. Howe sales team issues the Proforma Invoice, complete with our official company seal.
4. Make the deposit payment and forward the bank receipt to us.
5. Initial Production Stage - We confirm receipt of payment and commence sample production as per your specifications. Photos or samples are sent for your approval, post which we will schedule the full-scale production and update you with the estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - We send visual updates of the production line, allowing you to witness your product in the making. We reconfirm the estimated delivery schedule.
7. End Production - High-quality photos and samples of mass-produced products are dispatched for your approval. You may also opt for third-party inspection to ensure your satisfaction.
8. Upon receiving the balance payment, Howe prepares for cargo shipment. We accommodate diverse payment terms including Balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P.
9. Your order is deemed 'complete' upon receipt and satisfaction with the delivered goods.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
