1> For the export of molds, we ensure top-notch protection by using robust polymerized wood boards to craft standard export boxes. Before placing the molds in these boxes, they are carefully wrapped in a protective plastic film to shield against moisture during sea transit. Additionally, the interiors of the molds are coated with rustproof paint to further ensure their integrity.
2> When preparing plastic products for sea shipping, we employ a meticulous three-layer protection strategy. First, the products are secured in a strong box. Next, they are placed on a pallet, and finally, enveloped in a protective plastic film with wrap ties to guarantee stability and safety throughout the shipping and delivery process.
3> Unless specially requested otherwise:
For small packages, we select renowned carriers like DHL and Fedex, ensuring swift delivery within 3-7 days.
For large molds, we opt for an economically efficient shipping method by sea, which typically ranges from 10-40 days, providing a balance of cost and reliability.
For sizeable packages, we utilize UPS, TNT, and Air Lift services, efficiently delivering between 7-11 days.

A2: It depends on products' size and part structure. Our normal lead time is 25-35 days.
Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
Q5: How could I pay them?
