How to Order from HOWE?
1. Inquiry - Receive a professional and detailed quotation tailored to your needs.
2. Confirm all details such as price, lead time, artwork, and payment terms.
3. Our sales team will send a Proforma Invoice complete with the official Howe company seal.
4. The customer makes a deposit payment and provides the bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage - Notify clients upon receipt of payment. We proceed to create samples as per your requests. Photos or physical samples will be sent for your approval. Once approved, we will organize the production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - We will send you photos of the production line so you can visualize your products in progress and reconfirm the estimated delivery time.
7. End Production - Photos and samples of the mass-produced products will be sent for your approval. You may also arrange a third-party inspection if desired.
8. Upon balance payment by the client, Howe will ship the cargo. We offer flexible payment terms including Balance against TT, PayPal, or D/P.
9. The order is considered "finished" once you receive and are satisfied with the goods.
10. Provide valuable feedback regarding quality, service, and market responses to Howe. Your suggestions are instrumental in helping us enhance our offerings.

2.How about your plastic injection mould payment terms?
Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
