How to order from HOWE?
1. Begin with an inquiry and receive a professional quotation tailored to your needs.
2. Finalize the price, lead time, artwork, payment terms, and other essential details.
3. Receive a Proforma Invoice from Howe, complete with the company seal, for your records.
4. Proceed with the deposit payment and provide us with the bank receipt for confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage - We notify clients upon receipt of payment and commence sample production per your request. Photos or samples are sent for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - Stay informed with photos of the production line, showcasing your products in progress. Confirm the estimated delivery time once more.
7. End Production - Photos and samples of mass-produced products are provided for your approval. You may also arrange for a third-party inspection if desired.
8. Settle the balance payment, after which Howe will ship the cargo. We accommodate various payment terms, including Balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P.
9. The order is considered 'complete' upon your receipt and satisfaction with the goods.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
